The application range of plastic parts is more and more extensive, from simple tableware, kitchenware to complex mechanical parts, electronic products shell and so on are useful to plastic parts, but for electronic products shell and other plastic parts with high precision requirements, in injection molding manufacturing from the mold manufacturing should pay attention to its accuracy requirements.

What factors determine the accuracy of plastic parts in the injection molding process? How can we improve the precision of thin wall injection molding parts?

1. Close molding: in principle, it should be greater than the total pressure of plastic injection into the mold, with no raw edge as the basis.

2. The pressure and speed have part of the same relationship. The purpose of acting on the mold is to make the raw materials enter the mold evenly, thoroughly and appropriately full of each corner. Too low will be short shot, shrinkage, too high hair, too full, sticky mold, burnt, vulnerable mold and high internal stress undesirable phenomena.

3. The speed of the speed is to determine the condition of the raw materials in the mold runner and the finished product, fast there are raw edges, too full, burnt, slow there will be short shooting, shrinkage, poor combination easy to break and so on.

4. The temperature of raw materials is different, the temperature is different, too low melt is not permeable, resulting in uneven color, and the internal stress of the finished product increases. Because the temperature is too low and the pressurization is too high, it may cause the screw to break, too high, the product has rough edges, and the temperature difference caused by cooling, causing shrinkage. Raw materials decompose, turn yellow, discolor, and break easily. The cooling time is longer, and the gas is not easily discharged.
