Injection molding processing of medical products is currently the most important processing method for plastic products. It mainly uses injection molding machines to process injection molded parts through different injection molds. Plastics are now used everywhere. Daily necessities, electronic products, cars and other aspects of life are inseparable from plastic. Of course, all kinds of plastics we see are made by injection molding.

Injection molding processing types include two categories, rubber injection molding and plastic injection molding. Generally speaking, it is more common when plastic injection molding is used. Plastic injection molding is a method of plastic products. It uses pressure to inject molten plastic into a plastic product mold, and then cools and molds it to obtain various desired plastic parts. There are many factors that influence the injection molding process. The volume change of the plastic type due to crystallization, the pressure during injection molding, the viscosity difference of the molten material, the shear stress between layers, the elastic rebound after demoulding, etc. All are related influencing factors.

The molding process of injection molded products includes factors such as temperature control, pressure control, and molding cycle. Temperature control is divided into barrel temperature, nozzle temperature and mold temperature. The first two temperatures mainly affect the plasticization and flow of plastics, while the latter mainly affects the flow and cooling of plastics. Mold temperature has a great influence on the intrinsic performance and apparent quality of products. In terms of pressure control, the pressure during the injection molding process includes plasticizing pressure and injection pressure, and directly affects the quality of plastic box products. The time required to complete an injection molding process is called the molding cycle. In order to obtain higher labor productivity and equipment utilization, the molding cycle time should be shortened as much as possible.
